Founded by Cynthia Rosicki in the 1990s, Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. has become a prominent New
York firm focused on banking law. The firm grew out of Tom and Cynthia Rosicki’s desire to combine their
skills to create a positive, inclusive, and diverse organization. Initially established in Long Island, the Rosicki team currently serves its New York clientele through offices in Plainview, Batavia, and Fishkill. Led by the Rosickis and fellow partners Kelly Ann Poole and Craig Wolfson, as well as 60 attorneys overseen by 12 managers, the firm currently represents clients throughout the country in matters pertaining to foreclosure, loan modifications, senior lien monitoring, bankruptcy, and other mortgage-related issues. The firm’s national default services department enables it to share its expertise with clients across the United States.

A member of USFN – America’s Mortgage Banking Attorneys and the American Legal & Financial Network, the
firm has won more than 40 awards for its professional and philanthropic efforts. It has received the USFN Diamond Award of Excellence, the LPS Best In State Recognition Award, and numerous awards for its
excellence as an employer. In addition, the firm has become a Designated Counsel for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae in New York State.

In addition to its professional achievements, Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates has also strived to give back to its community through charitable efforts. A frequent sponsor of events and fundraisers for nonprofits, the firm has partnered with numerous organizations, including AHRC Nassau, Employ Disabled, the Hunter’s Hope Foundation, and the Kosciuszko Foundation. The firm’s dedication to helping those with physical and mental disabilities has included working with The Rehabilitation Institute to provide employment to over 60 individuals.

The firm has been particularly active as a supporter of AHRC Nassau, which is the NYSARC, Inc., chapter in Nassau County. In order to further AHRC’s efforts to improve the lives of people with developmental disabilities, the firm has organized several events, including the Winter Wonderland Christmas Party, a holiday event for children that featured pizza, a DJ, and an appearance from Santa Claus. The Rosicki team also attended AHRC’s 60th Annual Rose Ball, where Tom and Cynthia Rosicki, the firm’s founding partners, received awards for their leadership and participation in the organization.

The Hunter’s Hope Foundation has also been a longtime partner of the Rosicki team, which has supported its work to find a cure for Krabbe disease and to strengthen newborn screening standards throughout the country. Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates has been hosting The Hunter’s Hope Gala since 2004, which draws hundreds of attendees and raises tens of thousands of dollars, including substantial gifts from the firm’s attorneys annually.
