Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. will join local businesses to celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) this October. A congressional initiative launched in 1945 that aims to raise awareness of the challenges faced by disabled American workers, NDEAM also heralds the many valuable contributions people with disabilities make to our country as dedicated employees who possess unique gifts and talents. Inspired by a different theme each year, NDEAM 2012 emphasizes the bold statement “A Strong Workforce is an Inclusive Workforce: What Can YOU Do?” Like all of the American enterprises that observe this special time of the year, Rosicki takes great pride in its commitment to our nation’s disabled population and actively supports these commendable individuals in their professional endeavors.
The National Disability Employment Awareness Month Long Island event will take place on Tuesday, October 2, 2012. In addition to enjoying a delicious morning meal surrounded by colleagues, friends, and family, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the campaign. Rosicki Partners Craig Wolfson and Tom Rosicki have served as past NDEAM speakers and award recipients.
